State Services Clinic For Crippled Children In Sac City
The State Services for Crippled Children will hold a diagnostic clinic at First Methodist Church in Sac City on Thursday March 10. Eligible counties include Buena Vista Pocahontas Woodbury Ida Sac Calhoun Crawford Carroll Monona Plymouth and Cherokee. Last year 8660 patients attended the one day clinic open to those under 21 referred by a physician or dentist. No fee. The program also distributes penicillin to prevent rheumatic fever recurrences. Dr John C MacQueen, professor of pediatrics at the State University of Iowa College of Medicine, directs the field clinics program.

Regulations Issued On Price Support Limitation In SD
Olaf J. Jacobson announced South Dakota ASC has issued regulations setting a $50 000 non recourse price support limit for 1960. Loans above the limit require recourse agreements. Producers can exceed the limit by cutting 1960 crop acreage 20 percent below 1959. Applicable crops include wheat barley grain sorghums corn rye oats flax and soybeans.
