An adjourned county board meeting accepted Attorney J.T. M. Zink’s opinion on the county attorney’s收 collected funds from Plymouth County saloon keepers in Remsen LeMars and nearby. It concludes the county cannot compel disgorgement of such money, regardless of legality, and that the saloon keepers who paid may have no right to recover.
