Plymouth county court term opens presided by Judge Hutchinson
The January session of the Plymouth county district court will be led by Judge William Hutchinson. Several cases were filed in Le Mars Sunday as the term starts. Lewis Ely of Akron sues Chicago Milwaukee and St Paul Railway for about 2100 damages alleging a speeding train failed to warn, striking his Standard Oil truck and wrecking it. Akron stores now close at 6 pm daily except Wednesday 9 pm and Saturday with no limit.
