Sign up windows open for corn and spring wheat acreage reserves

County voters receive notices detailing corn acreage reserve and payment rates, with a March 8 sign up deadline. Maximums are 20 acres or 80 percent of farm allotment for corn, and three to 50 acres for wheat. Early signers may gain advantages as funds permit more acreage.
