Rich with banana flavor and healthful vitamin content this chilled dish blends ripe bananas orange and lemon juice sugar and cream. Freeze with gentle stirring then serve in sherbet glasses garnished with preserved orange peel. Also present a pineapple lettuce platter as an accompanying presentation note.
