Christmas Classroom Displays by Fifth and Sixth Graders

Fifth and sixth graders strive for authentic Christmas decor with one Santa and reindeer scene, a Holy Night angels display on the front board, and a manger scene on the floor. Windows glow with candle decals as they study homes and practice telling time and months, starting new decorations for the room.

Students wrote letters to Santa and drew Christmas wishes. Decorations, Christmas program, and presents for mothers are under way. They learned numbers to ten and began number words, developing a color word Christmas tree as almost all students know their color words.
