The District Court of Plymouth County Iowa appointed Elva L Youngstrom executrix of the estate of B H Youngstrom deceased. Creditors must present claims for allowance and debtors pay the estate balance to the executrix. Dated October 31 1940 with notices published November 21 28 and December 6 1940. WPA workers clear trees at the Big Sioux River site for a new steel bridge west of Hawarden about 200 yards upstream from the old bridge.
