North Dakota Miners Return to Work Under 1 Cent Increase

North Dakota lignite miners accept a wage schedule of one cent per hundredweight increase authorized by Fuel Administrator Garfield. Agreement signed at Burlington between North Dakota Coal Operators' Association and miners' representatives from four large mining districts.
