Special Correspondent reports on widespread Easter visits in Westfield. Chicago couple Mr and Mrs Dennis Hawks and family stayed with his parents, plus guests from Akron Sioux City and Omaha. Numerous local families hosted relatives for Easter dinner and gatherings across Westfield area.
Eva Knupp and many relatives hosted a weekend gathering at Ray Welch's home with visitors from Sioux City Joilet Roling Stone St Paul and Kansas City. The event centered on a scripture reading led by Opal Hummel and included Marion Postlewait Leater Nella Lilly Herman Horbeek and others from Phoenix and St Paul.
The Westfield Tuesday Club met at the Congregational Church on April 9 with nine members present. Arrangements for the April 23 School Art Exhibit were finalized. The library committee report for 1900 67 was read and Adventures To Reading lists for 1908 are now available. The South American Art program led by Tris Malfinger highlighted historic art and architecture, noting North American modern influence replacing European. The April 23 and May 14 meetings will combine on May 1. On April 23 the gym program by grades 4 5 and 6 will feature songs from Stephen Foster, with an art example prepared by sixth graders and help from Miss Lylas Athens.

Also present were Fern Hamel Connie Stubbs Rita Holland Jesse Welch and Bob Pollock Akron to take family pictures.
