Duffy Station Road Graded and Dam Planned at Belle Vista
Gordon Lewis of Sioux City oversees grading of the road from Duffy Station to Belle Vista farm and construction of a dam to trap runoff. The earlier dam raised fill, aiding farming by reducing soil wash into the creek during heavy rains. Norman Weber underwent a major Omaha Hospital operation last Thursday and is expected to recover quickly. Many attendees traveled to Akron for a school music festival featuring 450 participants.
