A local shower for the bride to be of Tom Tentingers was held last Sunday at St Matthew’s Lutheran church. A large crowd attended and enjoyed the program and gifts. lunch followed with Mrs H Weyen in charge of the coffee. William A. Jammerthal, 84, Akron, dies after long illness
William A. Jammerthal, 84, of Akron died March 31 at Akron Nursing Home after a long illness. Services were set for 10 a.m. April 3 at Schroeder Funeral Home, with Rev. Durwood Clauson officiating. Burial followed at Riverside Cemetery. Pallbearers were Julius Willer, Dwain Willer, Clyde McKee, Ted Willer, Gerald Henrich and Lloyd Lawrence. Born April 23, 1889 in Akron, he farmed until retirement in 1972. Survived by brother Harold of Akron and sister Mrs. Will Chambers of Akron.

Dull Announces Candidacy For Plymouth County Attorney
