Aiken CTC approves 1.795 million for resurfacing roads
The Aiken County Transportation Committee authorized 1.795 million dollars in state funds to resurface 0.60 miles of Atomic Road and U.S. 1 from Valley Drive to the Ford dealership area. The budget includes a one time 2016 17 allocation with broader discretion for county committees. Work is set to begin next year with a completion deadline of end 2017.
