Noise concerns rise as bed and breakfast upgrades argued
Neighbors voiced objections at the City Council meeting as Stephen Mueller of Rose Hill Estate asked to raise amplified music to 10:30 p.m. for summer events and push biweekly concerts plus New Year’s Eve celebrations. Residents across from Rose Hill said the noise remains a problem even after 10 p.m. and urged maintaining current limits.
