Immunization deadline nears for students in state

By October 6 students must present a certificate of immunization or exemptions or be barred from school. Free vaccines are available at Wagener, North Augusta, Aiken, and Batesburg health centers with walk‑ins welcome. MMR and Hepatitis B remain the most incomplete vaccines among Aiken County students.
