Reverend Bob Byrne to walk Charleston to Warrenville for Glover Grove rebuild

The Rev. Bob Byrne will trek from Emanuel AME Church in Charleston to Glover Grove Baptist Church in Warrenville October 16 to 23 to raise funds for the Glover Grove rebuild. Organized by the Glover Grove Phoenix Project, the walk aims to show resilience after tragedy and promote forgiveness amid community healing.

The Phoenix Project sponsors a 140 mile plus trek from Emanuel AME Church Charleston to Glover Grove Baptist Warrenville. New Barnwell group eyes nuclear waste facility near Savannah River Site

Mike Stake of the Spent Fuel Reprocessing Group in Aiken formally announces plans to apply for licensure to build and operate a processing and disposition facility near Savannah River Site outside Barnwell.
