Army issues hand gel and cough orders at boot camps
Fort Jackson and other Army boot camps pushed hygiene measures to fight flu including hand sanitizer gel alcohol wipes and coughing into sleeves. Drill sergeants reinforce six foot distancing vaccinations and signage as the H1N1 threat rose in 2009 with reduced flu like illnesses at the installation.
