Overturned truck spills chemicals on S C 389 near Salley
Dozens of agencies responded to an overturned 1999 Freightline tractor trailer on state Highway 389 near Salley. Driver Vincent Dickey, 31, was uninjured and cited for driving too fast for conditions. Crews identified cremated copper arsenic and a mold inhibitor as the spilled chemicals bound for the Port of Charleston.
