School finances and bus fleet praise by C He Seigler
In a letter to the Aiken Standards the former county superintendent defends school finance practices, notes borrowing patterns, and cites a $32,000 surplus and a $23,000 note repayment. He praises bond handling, bus fleet upkeep, and trustee cooperation, urging review of records and inviting questions. The piece ends with a notice of the W M A quarterly meeting at First Baptist Church with delegates and a program.
