Fugitive guru Einhorn arrested again in France
Philadelphia noted counterculture figure Ira Einhorn was arrested in Bordeaux for a renewed extradition bid to the United States. Convicted in absentia in 1993 for Holly Maddux's murder, Einhorn had lived in France under a false identity for 16 years before last year’s discovery. His attorney said extradition efforts will continue as legal challenges loom.
