The SilverSneakers 1 muscular Strength and Range of Movement class meets in H Odell Weeks Activities Center room 7 for adults 50 and up. The 45 minute sessions run Mondays and Wednesdays 9 to 9 45 am and Tuesdays and Thursdays 11 15 am to 12 pm. Cost is 26 for 10 tickets with free options for health plan members and seniors may qualify for Medicare free participation. Registration and swipe card available at the Weeks Center.
