Guilty pleas heard in Aiken County court
Deandre Leaphart 17 of Pine Street pleaded guilty to breaking into three cars at South Aiken High School in January and received 90 days with credit for 65. Marvin Barefield 23 of Atomic Road Jackson was sentenced to five years with 90 days suspended for armed robbery charge reduced to pointing and presenting a firearm in a debt collection case. Stephanie Richardson 32 of Jehnssee Drive Aiken pleaded guilty to two counts of financial transaction fraud for using a stolen Aiken Standard credit card in July 2011, attempting five times and succeeding nine times.
