Langley Dam grant money frozen by FEMA
FEMA delays threaten Langley Pond dam repairs in Warrenville as an $8 million grant faces cash hold due to Harvey and Irma relief needs. County officials expect approval after Congress acts. $1.5 million already received for design, with $4.5 million frozen and a $6 million federal share planned. Construction may begin with county funds if FEMA holds continue.
