Man given 421 year sentence for abduction case
Vinson Filyan pleaded guilty to kidnapping a 14 year old girl and ten counts of criminal sexual conduct in an underground bunker in Kershaw County. He was sentenced to the maximum 421 years after prosecutors said the teen was held for more than a week and texted for help.

Oregon woman killed by train linked to earlier shooting
In North Charleston authorities say 31 year old Margaret Christine Molina of Florence Oregon was shot in the head by an acquaintance before being struck by a train. Dale Warsop Jr 30 was charged with murder while already jailed for robberies. The coroner lists Molina's hometown and age. In Sumter County deputies busted an underground moonshine operation with a ventilation and water pump system. 62 year old Matthew Dubose was charged with manufacturing and possessing unlawful liquor. he has previous similar convictions.
