Aiken County to consider upgrades at Horse Creek facility
Aiken County Council will meet Tuesday to consider a resolution authorizing the construction phase of upgrades at the Horse Creek Wastewater Pollution Control Facility in Beech Island. The project, designed by Goodwyn Mills and Cawood and contracted to Brasfield & Gorrie, echoes a negotiated price of 42.39 million funded by a DHEC loan.
