Cuban refugees face $750000 bond for Delta hijack to Havana
Crecencio Perez Perez and Juan Adega Fresneda were each ordered held on $750000 bonds after hijacking charges tied to a Delta jet flight to Havana. They arrived back in the United States and were processed at FBI headquarters before being jailed. If convicted they face life terms with trial expected in 60 to 70 days. The government hopes the high bond deters future hijackings.
