Aiken County deputies logged numerous incidents from Warrenville to Graniteville and Beech Island. Reports include vehicle break-ins on Whiskey Road and Williamson Drive, thefts of medications, tools, and a $4000 ring, plus a drive under the influence arrest on Crosland Drive and a shoplifting case at Whiskey Road.
Two North Augusta men, Romeo Wilson aged 18 and Devon Lowman aged 19, were extradited from a Georgia detention center to Aiken. Wilson is charged with robbery while armed with a deadly weapon and failure to stop for law enforcement, Lowman with robbery while armed with a deadly weapon. The Sept 7 Knox Avenue robbery ended with a vehicle pursuit to Wrightsboro Road and a fence crash. stolen items were found on both suspects. Both are held at the Aiken County detention center.
An 18-year-old Beech Island man reported a stranger entered his Casnettie Road home while he showered and appeared to take a shotgun. Aiken County deputies found no break-in evidence and the gun’s whereabouts remain unknown with the son being the only other resident.
The Doris C. Gravat Detention Center lists numerous bookings as of Sept 16 including Jerome Bell charged with pistol delivery and unlawful possession, John Williams for disorderly conduct, Brandon Adams for shoplifting and cocaine possession, and Marcus Amaker for false information. Other names include Anthony Pajerski, Aron Martin, Desmond Wilson, Casey Smith, Craig Daniel, Hunter Hadden, Michael Baker Jr, Austin Shields, Dean Mays, Shaquanda Washington, Jonathan Roach, Nicholas Hall, Zalah Knowles, Dillon Knowles, Beau Mabrey, Victor Serrano, Gary Cox, and several others with charges ranging from drug and weapon offenses to theft and property crimes.
