Town Hall Restoration After Fire Damages Office and Museum
Wagener Town Hall suffered a severe fire with a damaged roof and electrical odor. SCE&G pulled meters after the outage while Atlantic Broadband quickly restored connectivity and Christ Central provided a temporary building. No artifacts were harmed and recovery efforts continue with aid from Senator Nikki Setzler’s office.

The SASRA Resource Center offers one on one meetings with certified Medicare counselors to assist retirees with stipends and health care decisions. Since opening, it has logged 2185 office visits, secured over 2 million dollars in claims and Rx savings, and hosted monthly Aging In to Medicare sessions for employees nearing retirement.
