Georgia man charged in Barnwell County hit and run death
Joseph Williams, 59, of Sylvania Georgia, faces charges of driving under the influence resulting in death and hit and run after striking cyclist Rodell Williams on Highway 64 at 11 55 p m on Sept 10 The victim died later in hospital Williams was arrested for leaving the scene and held on a 10065250 bond as of Thursday afternoon.
