Daniel Stroman of Aiken faces three counts of assault and battery with intent to kill after a shooting at the Ponderosa Cafe on Richland Ave. about 5:30 p.m. Three men Clarence Williams Jimmy Green and Ronnie Simmons were shot but not injured.
