Windsor man pleads guilty in 2015 family shooting case
Allen Cliff Hatcher 54 pleaded guilty to assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature and discharging a firearm into a vehicle. He was sentenced to five years suspended to two with three years probation and credit for time served for a dispute at his Windsor home on September 27 2015 involving his daughter her husband and two grandchildren.
