Richard Lowe dies at 80 in North Augusta
Richard Dick Lowe 80 of North Augusta SC entered into rest September 14 2007 at home. A Korean War U S Air Force veteran and former Clearwater Finishing Plant employee he was a Bel Ridge Baptist Church member and American Legion Post 153 2nd Commander. Survived by wife Patsy Lowe son Ricky Lowe daughter Glenda Chears and Susan Shoemaker plus seven grandchildren and three step grandchildren. Funeral September 17 2007 at 1 pm Hatcher Funeral Home Langley SC with Sunset Memorial Gardens Graniteville SC interment. Pallbearers listed. friends may call at home.

Meganea faces 200000 bond with 24 hour electronic monitoring and passport surrender by him and his family.
