Vitamin D may cut pancreatic cancer risk nearly in half
Northwestern and Harvard researchers say 450 IUs of vitamin D daily reduced pancreatic cancer risk by 43 percent, from two large cohorts. No extra benefit above that dose. 150 to 300 IUs daily lowered risk by 22 percent.
