Man linked to May burglary arrested in Aiken
Police say Anthony M. Shivers, 19, of Bent Arrow Road, shot a 62 year old woman on May 9 during a burglary, then stole her pickup. He faces assault and battery with intent to kill and first degree burglary charges after officers recovered the stolen truck on Dillon Avenue. Two other men were jailed on drug and gun charges.

Aiken County Library Reopens After RFID Upgrade
