Columba cabbie assault leads to charges against two men

Two Clarendon County men Jaquan Kennedy and Jose Santiago, both 18, face armed robbery and kidnapping charges in a case involving a Columbia cab driver. Kennedy is charged with first degree criminal sexual conduct and Santiago with conspiracy to commit criminal sexual conduct. Police say the driver, 22, picked them up in Five Points around 2 am and was driven to Alcola.
