Aiken High Band Director Resigns for Post Office
Penny Bagwell, band director at Aiken High School and Schofield Middle School, resigns effective Sept. 30 to join the post office. She cites an $8,000 salary raise as the decisive factor while expressing affection for the students and the Aiken High group. Principal Clyburn says the district will decide how to fill the vacancy.
