Council to discuss Just Tango sign relocation relief
City Council reviews a resolution to allow Just Tango Steakhouse to keep a 21.58 foot tall sign totaling 151 square feet, exceeding the 18 foot height and 75 square foot area limits. The owners argue proximity to Richland Avenue and locating motorists justifies the variance. The May notice cited zoning noncompliance and the March 2006 water annexation terms, with meeting at 7 p.m. in Municipal Building Council Chambers.
