James Hattley Hay, known as Ji Jim, 74, of Aiken SC died in 2016 at Charlie Norwood VA Hospital Augusta GA. Prince Buster, born Cecil Bustamante Campbell in Kingston 1938, famed ska pioneer, producer and performer with The Vikings and Folkes Brothers, died at 78 after years post stroke. His wife Mola Ali confirmed the death noting his lifelong passion for music and his studio at home. He helped ignite ska in England and bridged to rock steady in the mid 1960s.
