Stolen wiring and burglary reports across area
Copper wiring was stolen from a home on Jefferson Davis Drive Graniteville earlier this week. A burglary on Lombardy Street Warrenville saw a shotgun and change taken. A vehicle on Cherokee Drive North Augusta was broken into with electronics stolen. An Aiken woman said a former boyfriend was picking up her mail at the post office and had mail held in her name.

Woman hurt as driver flees pursuit in Georgia incident
A female passenger was hospitalized after falling from a gold Honda fleeing a North Augusta Public Safety pursuit on E Martintown Road. The car, stolen from Aiken County, overturned after hitting a construction pipe. the male driver escaped. A gun stolen from Aiken was found beside the wreck. The woman, possibly pregnant, sustained a possible arm fracture.
