Anderson County joins Spartanburg Union and Cherokee in seeking injunctions to stop lottery courier firms from buying out of state Florida Lotto tickets for South Carolina residents. The attorney general said such activity constitutes gambling and is unconstitutional. A hearing on the motion is set for Friday with permanent injunctions in the other counties slated for Sept 27.
