Whose Constitution? Odds and Ends in Aiken Opinion
A reader questions the handling of Whiskey Road versus Hitchcock Parkway safety data. The letter cites SCDPS figures showing five deaths and about 2,000 crashes on Whiskey Road from 2004 to 2013, while Hitchcock Parkway has zero deaths, and notes ARTS 2035 plans delay major upgrades until after 2035. The writer also disputes Barack Obama’s university title, calling him a constitutional law professor.
