Home kitchens may fail restaurant health checks
A Los Angeles County study suggests only 61 percent of home kitchens would earn an A or B on restaurant inspections with 14 percent failing to reach a C. The online quiz based assessment, covering storage and handling, shows 34 percent A, 27 percent B, 25 percent C, and 14 percent below 70.
