Guardian ad litem offers stability for foster children

Two Men Drown After Car Plunges Into Creek

In Charleston County two men died when the vehicle they were in drove into a creek. Roman Holmes 28 of Hollywood and Deangelo Holmes 19 of Adams Run died Saturday. A third man escaped and was treated. no foul play suspected.
