Aiken man jailed on lewd act charge in June case
Alberto C. Duran, 32, was jailed this week on allegations of fondling a juvenile girl while she was with him. He faces a lewd act charge. Aiken woman Paige Johnson, 39, director of Aurora Pavilion, remains in critical condition after being struck by a 2002 Mazda pickup on Herridon Dairy Road at about 6:30 a.m. Monday.
