Died in heat in car in Blythewood area twins

Richland County coroner said twins aged 20 months were found dead Sept 1 after nine hours inside a Blythewood day care vehicle. No cause announced. possible heat exposure. Center closed for at least a week. investigation ongoing with sheriff and state welfare. No charges filed yet.
