Sunday alcohol sales under court ruling could end in Aiken
The Administrative Law Court ruling could end Sunday alcohol sales at 27 Aiken convenience and grocery stores when their licenses expire in November 2005. It also bars the DC Department of Revenue from issuing seven day beer and wine permits and affects similar Greenville and Aiken rulings. Taxpayer rights advocate Catherine Reed said appeals may allow continued Sunday sales during the 2005 process.
