Las Vegas hosted the 20th annual Jerry Lewis Muscular Dystrophy Association telethon raising a record 33 million 181652 in pledges across the nation. The Supershow ended at 3 30 p m Monday with contributions expected to exceed 81 6 million for the year. Telecast on nearly 200 stations and an estimated 96 million viewers last year the event began in New York City in 1966.
