Aiken man charged with homicide after child’s death
Ivory James Blackshire, 28, is charged with homicide by child abuse after a 2-year-old boy died following EMS response to a Dallas Circle home on August 29. Blackshire was arrested August 30. bond on the initial charge remains. Investigators continue probing the child’s death.
