Aiken County Veterans Memorial Park Dedication Planned
After more than a year of effort by veterans and officials, the Aiken County Veterans Memorial Park will be dedicated Saturday at 2 30 p m on Richland Avenue beside the Agricultural Services Building. Ed Hammons led the drive crediting a unnamed elderly woman who urged a veteran memorial. Joel Randall will dedicate the park with J D Pickett as master of ceremonies.

United Way Fosters Hope Through Local Families
