Five video poker machines were seized and three Aiken County residents cited after an investigation at the Four Seasons store on Augusta Road. Victoria Starlings Tammy Spires and Sherry Porter face unlawful gaming charges, with Porter named as store manager. The activity involved customers exchanging gift certificates for cash. customers were not charged.

Woman arrested for stabbing area man in Wagener
Wagener police say 24 year old Shayla C. Clemons of Danley Avenue Wagener stabbed a 39 year old man once in the back and twice in the left arm. He was taken to Richland Memorial Hospital and Clemons was charged with assault and battery with intent to kill. The victim and Clemons are acquainted.
