Ballot measures across 40 states face varied issues in November
Voters in 40 states will decide on ballot questions including marijuana legalization in Nevada, a ban on smoking in Florida workplaces, cigarette tax hikes in Missouri and Arizona, and state lotteries in Tennessee and North Dakota.
